The programme is structured to be delivered in 4 Stages, following the 4 levels of Lean Six Sigma Certification:

Yellow Belt Certification equips all target participants with the fundamental knowledge and practical understanding of Lean Six Sigma Methodology. This is an intensive 2-Day programme that includes assessment and certification.

Green Belt Certification is designed as a highly practical next level programme that will greatly help enhance and embed Lean Six Sigma Methodology is project execution. This programme is delivered over 5-days and is suitable for
management level and other key personnel, including Field Engineers.

Black Belt Certification equips selected project team members with an advanced Lean Six Sigma skillset. We recommend selecting the strongest participants from the Green Belt programme for this enhanced level of certification.

Black Belt Master Certification is designed for the strongest Black Belt practitioners who are able to develop, repeat and refine Lean Six Sigma Methodology within key roles in the organisation. Certified Black Belt Master practitioners have the knowledge, skills and experience to lead teams to effectively utilise Lean Six Sigma Methodology on current and future projects.
