Ash Alexander is an international leadership specialist with over 25 years’ experience designing and delivering professional learning, leadership development, and organisational capability programmes across multiple sectors and regions.
He is the creator of the LEDA 5-Step Coaching System, a structured problem-solving coaching system designed to help employees at every level solve real work challenges with clarity, ownership, and action.​
Ash is the first non-Malaysian ever appointed as an HRD Corp National Thought Leader, recognising his contribution to leadership development and workforce capability at a national level. He previously served as a Research Fellow with the National Human Resource Centre (NHRC), contributing to research and advisory work in leadership development and organisational transformation.
He is a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute (FCMI), UK, a senior professional designation awarded for sustained impact and leadership in management and organisational development.
