The learning journey is designed to help managers to demonstrate increased emotionally intelligent leadership behaviours.

The course begins with one day of practical training that includes a series of work-based implementation skills and activities. 

The practical sessions within the course empower participants to be proactive in designing new strategies to boost staff engagement and reduce team attrition rates.

●    Day 1:  A full-day intensive face-to-face session covering the first 4 LEDA EQ Skills. This days ends with all participants designing Action Plans to put their new Emotional Intelligence Skills into action at work


●    2 weeks to complete work-based  Emotional Intelligence skills development and record outcomes


●    Day 2: A full-day intensive face-to-face session covering the 2 more advanced LEDA EQ Skills. This days ends with all participants designing Action Plans to put their new Emotional Intelligence Skills into action in an ongoing way.
