Ash Alexander FCMI
Ash Alexander is an international leadership specialist with more than 25 years’ experience helping organisations strengthen leadership capability, improve decision-making and increase organisational performance.
He is the creator of the LEDA 5-Step Problem Solving System, a structured leadership framework that enables employees at every level to solve real workplace challenges with clarity, ownership and action. The system also underpins the AI-powered SOLVE platform, allowing organisations to apply structured coaching and problem-solving consistently across their workforce.
Ash is the first non-Malaysian appointed as an HRD Corp National Thought Leader, recognising his contribution to leadership development and workforce capability at a national level. He previously served as a Research Fellow with the National Human Resource Centre (NHRC), contributing to research and advisory work in leadership development and organisational transformation.
He is a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute (FCMI), UK, a senior professional designation awarded for sustained impact in management and organisational development.
Ash works with organisations across Malaysia, Singapore and Australia, supporting leaders operating in complex and high-pressure environments. His work focuses on embedding structured thinking, accountability and practical problem-solving into everyday leadership practice — from new graduates entering the workforce to Group CEOs and C-Suite leaders.

Sheue Yea brings more than 25 years of experience spanning commercial leadership, brand strategy, customer insight, digital marketing and organisational development. She has held leadership roles across multinational FMCG organisations and regional businesses, working across multiple functions including strategy, marketing, talent development and organisational engagement.
Her career combines senior commercial experience with extensive coaching and facilitation work. She applies coaching principles to help leaders think more clearly, improve decision-making and strengthen team performance in complex business environments.
Sheue Yea is a British-certified Leadership Coach and the first Malaysian certified as a Senior Facilitator in the LEDA Coaching System. Her work focuses on developing leadership capability, strengthening organisational engagement and supporting leaders to drive sustainable performance across their teams.

Fatin manages operational coordination and administrative support across the firm’s leadership development programmes, ensuring engagements run smoothly and clients receive a consistent, high-quality experience.
Her responsibilities include programme logistics, client coordination, financial administration and HRD Corp liaison, including the management of training claims and related processes.

Yam Phui Yee
Phui Yee is an Associate Facilitator with over ten years’ experience in leadership development, coaching and performance facilitation, supporting leaders, business owners and SMEs to strengthen workplace productivity and effectiveness.
She is a British-certified Leadership Coach in the LEDA Coaching System and brings a strong foundation in communication, learning facilitation and client engagement. Phui Yee holds a Bachelor of Communications from Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM).
She began her career as a journalist with Star Publications (M) Bhd, where she developed strong communication, listening and analytical skills that continue to shape her coaching approach today. She later moved into education and programme leadership roles, including positions with Arus Education, Dwi Emas International School, and Sirius Scholar Study Skills, where she supported programme delivery, team development and leadership capability.
Her work focuses on helping leaders clarify thinking, strengthen communication and take practical action to improve performance and accountability in real organisational settings.

Rizal Aziz
Rizal Azis is a leadership specialist and executive coach with close to twenty years’ experience spanning business strategy, organisational development, talent and performance management, and corporate consulting.
He has worked across multiple sectors including professional services, education, manufacturing and electronics, bringing a strong understanding of organisational dynamics and leadership challenges across different industries.
Rizal began his career in Australia in production and accounts management roles within the manufacturing sector before moving into senior management positions in Japan within the education industry. After returning to Malaysia, he held senior management roles within leading law firms including Wong & Partners (Baker & McKenzie), Christopher & Lee Ong, and Rajah & Tann Asia.
His work focuses on helping leaders strengthen organisational culture, improve team engagement and develop people-centred leadership practices that support long-term performance.

Leo Lee
Leo Lee specialises in workplace wellbeing and performance, supporting organisations to strengthen productivity through sustainable leadership and employee wellbeing practices.
He holds a BSc in Dietetics with Nutrition from the International Medical University (Malaysia) and brings experience across business development, strategic partnerships and commercial leadership.
Leo previously worked with Hewlett Packard as an Account Manager and Market Development Manager, where he developed business strategy and formed strategic partnerships with global technology leaders including Microsoft and Intel. He later moved into corporate business development before joining the AirAsia BIG Loyalty Commercial Division, where he worked with major commercial partners such as Ford, Citibank, Mydin and Nirvana.
His experience across commercial strategy, partnerships and wellbeing initiatives brings a practical perspective to supporting organisations in improving employee engagement, resilience and performance.
